●Establishing goal of the website construction	through client’s requriement analysis ,we will initial set the goal of the website construction .The aim will run through the whole project.
●Set the implementing planning of the website	according to the previous demand and construction goal of the client, we will basically propose a list of schedule,personnel and project budget and improve the whole planning in the communication ,and finally form an website construction project,which will be added into the contract as an accessory.Thus,the construction project will become an important criterion to judge implementing, inspecting quality and progressing of the work.
